The U.S. Property Division writes medium to large size property accounts from our Vancouver and Seattle offices.

Commercial Properties: offices buildings, apartments, condominiums, shopping centres, assets of banks and financial institutions, property management and development companies, restaurants, retail and wholesale outlets of all types including major department store chains.

Communication/High Tech: radio, television, telephone and internet communication service providers, data service providers, computer hardware equipment and software designers and suppliers, electronic data storage and general information technology companies.

Construction: builders risk coverage on all types of properties from apartments and office towers to dams, bridges and tunnels, contractors and road building equipment.

Tourism and Recreation: hotels, motels, resorts, ski hills, golf courses, bowling alleys, marinas, theme parks.

Public Entity: all levels of government property including municipal, regional, provincial and federal, schools, universities, hospitals including sewage treatment and waste management.
